Prints are delivered in capped cardboard tubes.
If you would like your print to be mounted and overmatted, please
contact me for a quote. Typically, prints are mounted onto either acid-free
Artboard or Fomecor board (depending on size). Overmat is a single
layer, neutral white Artboard with a bevelled window. Mounted and
overmatted prints are delivered in flat packages.
If you would like your mounted and overmatted print to be framed, please
contact me for a quote. Typically, a light hardwood frame is used with
either glass or perspex used as the glazing material, depending on size.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with an image you have bought from us, simply return it in good condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or a replacement as you wish. You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us as quickly as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to return them. |
